King of the Mountains focus on the Lammergeier
Lying on the south side of the Pyrenees our feeding site for the Lammergeier allows a multitude of different images to be shot of this King of the Mountains. Feeding, flying, landing, soaring, so many possibilities against a great backdrop. The Lammergeiers will be joined by a supporting cast of other vulture species and scavenging kites.
Itinerary (3 days / 3 hides)
- D0: Arrival.
- D1: Full day Session at La Terreta. Lammergeier, Griffon, Egyptian (March to August), Black Kite (March to August), Red Kite
- D2: Morning Session at Fígols. Egyptian (March to August.), Black Kite (March to August), Red Kite, Griffon.
- D3: Full day Session at Cogulers: Lammergeier, Griffon, Egyptian (March to August).
Minimum 2 photographers

Place: Solsona and Tremp (Lleida).
Hides: Three-seater hide in Solsona, Four seater hide at la Terreta and two back to back double hides at Fígols. All the hides are fitted with one way glass.
