RULES FOR USING OUR HIDES
PHOTO LOGISTICS S.L. is responsible for all the permits necessary for you to take photos from our hides.
- It is forbidden to leave the hide except for emergencies, which do not include calls of nature for which a receptacle is recommended!.
- A guide will come to the hide at the appointed time. Do not go out until our guide knocks at the door.
- Be silent, no telephone calls.
- Prevent to drink alcohol or smoking while been in the hide.
- Tripod use recommended
- Do not use bird songs to attract them.
- Dark clothes and gloves are recommended to ensure the birds can not see inside.
- For the same reason do not clean the glass while birds are in the vicinity as movements close to it can be seen.
Breaking any of these rules will automatically prevent you from using any of our hides again.
PHOTO LOGISTICS’ COMMITMENT.
We have a commitment with you, with your wildlife photo session. We have a commitment with the world of agriculture and we strongly believe in conservation through rural development. We have a commitment with young photographers and with those who, no matter how old they are or the gear they have, they want to start in wildlife photography. We engage with society in general, as a company and as citizens.
And our commitment is reflected in these eight points:
1. NEXT SESSION FOR FREE IF FAILED. We work with wildlife and wild animals are unpredictable, but nobody likes to pay for a session that has failed to take photos. So if the required animal doesn’t come, you can repeat the session without cost within the same year. You can repeat the same hide or a different service in the same area. Attention! This point does not apply to packages combining different hides in one or more days.
2. ALERT SYSTEM. We will notify you of the best time for each species, interesting behavior, etc. Are you interested in taking Golden Eagle when they come with their young? Little Owl when their nestlings come out from their den? Roller when they are in the best time for copulations? Taking photos on the snow? we will notify you the best days as soon as possible through Whatsapp.
3. SPECIAL PRICES FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN ONE DAY AND GROUPS FROM TWO PEOPLE. Do you know our combined hides? Only from two people you can benefit from price reductions.
4. ECONOMIC REVENUE OF 10% TO THE OWNERSHIP OR LAND MANAGER. This commitment seeks putting the wildlife in value for the land owners or managers. Our experience over the years has been very positive and we are firmly committed this model.
5. COMMITMENT TO YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS. This is nothing new at PL. We are convinced of the need to support young beginners in nature photography, so photographers between 7 and 16 who are accompanied by an adult pay only 50% of their part.
6. PHOTO LOGISTICS is a limited company with tax obligations are met, so what you pay for any services back to you as taxes. We have also an insurance just in case something where wrong.
7. NO HIDE IS INSTALLED WITHOUT ALL THE COMPULSORY PERMITS, from the ownsership and the public body in charge. You can be sure that, by using our hides, you are not breaking any rule.
